Registration Process;

-Submit a copy of the House Plan.

-50 USD Running costs/ Registration Fee.

-After a fully detailed Bill Of Quantities is Done, We discuss & agree on possible payment terms.

-Once an agreement is reached, All administration fees are to be paid as soon as delivery of first batch of building material is done.

-50% of total project cost is due and payable as soon as all project work is completed.

-Project commences upon payment of all administration fees and/or 50% deposit for those who want work to start immediately .

-The remaining balance is to be staggered into monthly installments for the agreed period of time.
