Download the application form the website, Fill in All the Requeired Information attach a copy of your plan. Pay 50USD either at our offices or online, If online also attach proof of payment on your application form and submit. A bill of quantity will be done and served to you.
All members of the public Qualify granted you provide all the following verification documents, Proof of ownership for urban Properties, Plot & Farms. For Rural areas we have to engage with local leadership for proof of residency and ownership.
For general public clients, 50% of the quote is payable upon project completion, with balance payable on monthly installments for a period determined by project cost and size. For civil servants, payments start from 50USD every month depending on the total project cost and size.
The completion period is determined by project size.
General Public -Project commences upon submittion of all required legal documents and signatures of all memorandum of agreement documents.
Civil Servants -Register & enter in the waiting list, when your turn for construction is due you will be notified before deliveries are done.
